Constitutional Amendments:
  • Amended during the February 21, 1999 annual General Body Meeting. Click here
  • Amended during the June 23, 2002 annual General Body Meeting. Click here
  • Amended during the December 21, 2003 annual General Body Meeting. Click here
    • By-Laws Review Committee:
    Bangladesh Association, Houston (BAH), nominated Dr. S. S. Newaz as the Chairman and Mr. Sirajul Haque as the co-chairman to form a Constitutional Committee (CC) of 5 members to provide changes as proposed amendments to the current BAH constitution if any is required. Dr. Anisul Islam is the third member added to the Committee by the CC. The CC intends to have two more members in the near future.
    This committee’s finding and suggestion were presented to a General Body Meeting on December 21, 2003 for the ratification.
